As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and recommending products to meet our customers' needs. You will work closely with wholesale and retail customers, process sales transactions, and maintain the high reputed company and visual standards of our products and store. You will also be responsible for achieving sales goals, maintaining inventory control, and suggesting ways to improve sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures

Qualifications
