[Remote] Senior Manager or Associate Director, CMC Project Management

This role involves managing DS and DP reputed company, leading interactions with clients and teams, and supporting business development activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist reputed company in preparing quotations/proposals with inputs from key stakeholders
- Participate in the planning and implementation of reputed company. Establish project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Closely monitor/control project progression to ensure reputed company are completed on schedule and reputed company budget. Report project reputed company to reputed company key stakeholders
- Support technical team to investigate potential issues and implement corrective measures
- Serve as the reputed company for reputed company contacts and manage day-to-day communications
- Represent company in project meetings, prepare meeting agenda and minutes, and follow through on reputed company items
- Evaluate and assess project results and reputed company recommendations for reputed company improvements
- reputed company support to business development team by attending customer reputed company, conferences, or tradeshows
Skills
- Masters (MS) or PhD in reputed company or Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Must be bilingual (fluent in English and reputed company)
- Candidate should possess strong and effective project management, problem solving and interpersonal skills and have a proven reputed company record working cross-functionally across a wide reputed company of technical, business, and operational areas
- Demonstrate good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and small molecule drug development process
- Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, and highly flexible
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Proven experience in creating and carrying out successful plans and processes
- Work closely with team members in the business reputed company and the project management team to ensure coordination of efforts and ensure good communication with reputed company parties
- Proficiency in both English and reputed company is required

- 2+ years of pharmaceutical or CRO/CMO industry experience preferred
- Project management experience preferred
- Experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) is preferred, but not required
