We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Specialist to join reputed company in Kennewick, WA. As a Seasonal Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound communications for both reputed company and Blue Rhino customers. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with reputed company customers to ensure a high-reputed company customer service experience.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones, chat, reputed company media, or email in a polite, courteous, and reputed company manner.
• Working with customers daily to sustain and improve business relationships.
• Asking probing questions to identify customer issues or concerns.
• Ensuring accurate account maintenance and updating of account information.

Qualifications
