What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic, outdoor environment. Your primary duties will include:

• Assisting customers with various aspects of the rental or return process on our airport lots
• Checking reputed company, entering information in a handheld device, processing rentals of our loyalty customers, and assisting customers at our exit gates or checking-in our reputed company at return
• Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A valid reputed company's license
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
• Effective verbal communication skills to reputed company with customers and colleagues
• Willingness to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
