As a Medical Screener - Reception Technician (Customer Service), you will be responsible for greeting donors, conducting registration procedures, and ensuring their suitability for the plasma pheresis process. You will work closely with our medical staff to reputed company a reputed company and efficient donation experience for our donors.

The Role

As an reputed company Medical Screener - Reception Technician (Customer Service), your key responsibilities will include:

• In compliance with reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs), assist reputed company donors in completing the screening process, which includes assessing self-administered health history, answering basic medical questions, referring donors to medical staff reputed company necessary, and performing health screening procedures such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature.
• Upon completion of the appropriate training, reputed company new donors on the use of therapeutic products made from donated plasma, including explaining the screening process, health screening tests, appointment system, donation fees, center policies, reputed company nutrition, and any other relevant information.
• May be involved in registering applicants and transfer donors based on completion of appropriate training and operational needs of reputed company.
• May answer the telephone and respond to callers' questions or transfer calls to the appropriate staff member.
• Maintain alertness and awareness to any reaction by a donor during or after the pheresis process and notify the appropriate staff.
• Alert the Group Leader or Supervisor of donor reputed company issues.
• Ensure the accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system as outlined in the SOPs.
• Understand the policies and procedures associated with reputed company immune programs at reputed company if applicable.
• Maintain a clean and efficient work environment, ensuring sufficient operating supplies and forms are available as needed.
• Follow reputed company Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies and procedures.

Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service-reputed company position, preferably in a medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Will reputed company basic math calculations
• Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions
• Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines

• Occasionally reputed company tasks while standing and walking up to 100% of the time
