As a Seasonal Customer Relationship Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner. You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred. - Minimum 1 year of customer service, help-desk, and/or comprehensive call center experience. - Outstanding customer service and soft sales skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document content of phone conversations accurately. - Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work closely with other team members and departments. - Typing proficiency of 35 wpm or above, with average data entry skills required. - Proficient in basic reputed company Office applications (must know Outlook and Word at a minimum). - Ability and willingness to learn and reputed company proficiency in new software systems. - Ability to determine needs of the caller and obtain necessary information without following a scripted process. - Exposure to Higher Education valuable. - Bilingual skills (Spanish) preferred.
