As a Solutions Engineer, you'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and reputed company tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements.

Primary Role & Responsibilities

As a Solutions Engineer - Kubernetes Support - Customer First, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with customers to understand their technical requirements and reputed company expert guidance on Kubernetes design, deployment, and management.
• Guiding customers through the entire customer life cycle, from presale to setup, installation, and ongoing support.
• Developing and maintaining high-reputed company documentation to ensure that customers have the resources they need to succeed.
• Working closely with our internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.

Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience in engineering and operations, with a strong background in systems, software, infrastructure, and reputed company computing.
• 2+ years of experience supporting external customers, with a proven reputed company record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• In-depth knowledge of orchestration, containerization, and Kubernetes, including design, deployment, and management.
• Experience with reputed company computing, including compute, networking, and storage services.
• Proficiency in AKS, EKS, GKE, and reputed company-reputed company technologies.
• Strong Linux skills, including Bash and reputed company scripting.
• Familiarity with Python, Go, and C programming languages.
• Experience with Infrastructure as reputed company (IaC) and reputed company reputed company best practices.
• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a relevant discipline is ideal.
