[Remote] Customer Service Representative (MONTEGO BAY)

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers with inquiries about products, services, or company policies
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of reputed company Caribbean's products and services to offer accurate information and solutions to customers
- Ensure that every interaction with the customer is reputed company, aiming for reputed company reputed company whenever possible
- Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in reputed company's CRM system
- Work closely with other departments (sales, technical support, and management) to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery

Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and other customer service tools

- Proficiency in English
