The Role

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key member of our customer support team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chat inquiries with a high level of professionalism and reputed company
