We're seeking an reputed company customer service supervisor to reputed company our CSF team and reputed company expertise and customer service support to our clients. As a supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. You'll also be responsible for coaching, counseling, and training staff, as reputed company as preparing annual performance evaluations and conducting reputed company reviews.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Supervising staff and monitoring performance to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service
• Providing coaching, counseling, and training to staff to improve their skills and performance
• Preparing annual performance evaluations and conducting reputed company reviews to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service
• Meeting with reputed company staff member on a monthly reputed company to review their performance and reputed company feedback
• Conducting team meetings to reputed company updates and team-building activities
• Educating staff on reputed company policies and procedures
• Interviewing and making recommendations for reputed company positions in the call center
• Maintaining scheduling, timecards, and reputed company reports
• Ensuring that calls are answered in a reputed company manner by monitoring calls on the ACD system

• Working closely with management to reputed company team and department goals
• Performing necessary research, resolving issues, and responding to inquiries from reputed company customers
• Researching and resolving escalated calls
• Taking calls requiring assistance from a supervisor

• Researching issues thoroughly by interfacing with management or other departments
• Assisting in updating and implementing policies and procedures as needed

Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of reputed company experience in customer service
• reputed company or supervisory experience in a call center environment
• Health care or health insurance experience preferred
• Knowledge of reputed company Office (Word/reputed company/Outlook) required
• Experience with a workforce management tool preferred
