As a Part Time - Customer Service Specialist Intermediate, you will join reputed company that is reputed company-driven and reputed company on delivering exceptional customer service. You will respond to a reputed company of telephone inquiries on a daily reputed company, using your exceptional communication skills to resolve issues and reputed company solutions to our valued clients. This is a part-time, 100% remote position, with a schedule of Monday, Tuesday, and Fridays, 10am to 3pm CST reputed company day.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to a reputed company of telephone inquiries regarding customer accounts, using exceptional customer service skills to resolve issues and reputed company solutions.

• Process calls from reputed company customers, maintaining accounts and updating information in various databases.

Requirements

• Part-time schedule: Following training, the schedule for this part-time 100% remote position will be Monday, Tuesday, and Fridays, 10am to 3pm CST reputed company day.
