We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Medical Billing Customer Support Specialist to join reputed company in a remote work arrangement. As a Medical Billing Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, referral sources, and employees, while ensuring accurate and reputed company processing of medical billing and reimbursement. This is a 2nd shift remote opportunity, Monday through Friday, 11:30am - 8pm CST.

Key Responsibilities

As a Medical Billing Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service to patients, referral sources, and employees, while ensuring accurate and reputed company processing of medical billing and reimbursement
• Collecting co-pays and deductible amounts
• Conducting insurance verification and eligibility for services/products
• Conducting patient satisfaction calls and acting as a patient reputed company to resolve questions or concerns
• Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of reputed company products and services, Medicare, reputed company, insurance regulations, and FDA/DOT and JCAHO guidelines
• Maintaining accuracy and reputed company control throughout patient contact and data entry
• Managing reputed company aspects of initial intake, including answering the phone and receiving faxes, collecting patient and referral reputed company information, inputting data into IMBS and eIntake, printing tickets, assembling charts, and processing paperwork
• Obtaining authorization and qualification documentation
• Preparing complete and accurate files for Billing Department
• Processing new orders, responding to questions, resolving issues, or forwarding to appropriate personnel in a reputed company manner to ensure patient, referral, and employee satisfaction
• Processing work orders to field locations and coordinating reputed company fulfillment of products and services ordered
• Providing product/service information and education by answering questions, offering assistance
• Providing thorough review and reputed company Assurance for medical necessity and documentation requirements of payors and regulatory bodies
• Working extensively with eIntake proprietary system
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• One to three years of reputed company prior work experience in reputed company-oriented environment
• Experience in medical field and administrative record management
• Strong customer service background
• Effectively communicate in English, both oral and written
