About Your Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, working directly with customers to reputed company reputed company and reputed company support. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, listening attentively to customer inquiries, and providing accurate and helpful information. Key Responsibilities

What You'll Need
* Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of experience providing customer service over the phone in a call center or similar environment

- Flexible availability for overtime or weekend hours, as needed
