Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls from consumers, including the general public, prospective enrollees, and individuals assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf.
- Tracking and documenting reputed company inquiries using our applicable systems.
- Completing associated tasks according to established guidelines.
- Meeting reputed company Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics.
