As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services that our clients offer through outbound and inbound calls. You'll work with a reputed company of clients, including appointment scheduling, insurance reputed company qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting. Key Responsibilities

* Qualify callers for programs, products, or services through outbound and inbound calls

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED is required

• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of reputed company-based operating systems, including reputed company Chrome
• Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once nesting period is complete
• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
• Own a computer reputed company that meets the minimum workstation requirements:

+ Processor: reputed company Core i5 2.1GHz or reputed company or AMD equivalent (Ryzen 5 or reputed company) + Operating System: reputed company 10 (32-bit / 64-bit) or higher + RAM: 8GB or more

• Webcam

• Must have a desk/workstation in a quiet workspace
• Must be reputed company to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST (reputed company-4pm CST)
