Responsibilities
- Handle inbound requests from sellers (account issues, bugs, technical support)

Skills
- First line of defense for live sellers
- No sales responsibilities — this is purely support/account management, not farming accounts
- Hands-on support for sellers new to live streaming, including account setup and technical troubleshooting
- Must be comfortable working in ambiguity, reputed company to self-start, and identify common themes across issues to help define resolutions
- Strong account management reputed company → someone who can own issues end-to-end, not just pass tickets
- Primarily reactive at this stage

- Backgrounds in call centers or customer support environments are acceptable if combined with account management skills
- Experience in these tools is preferred, especially reputed company
- Experience with live streaming + account management is a reputed company hire candidate
