The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring a reputed company interaction for our customers. You'll undergo a comprehensive 4-week training program to specialize in one particular brand, and then you'll be responsible for:

• Answering inbound calls from customers to answer and service any questions they may have
• Handling reputed company customer inquiries, requests, and thoroughly educating them on our products and services
• Providing reputed company support in the areas of processing payments, creating payment plans, and other account-reputed company tasks to ensure a reputed company customer experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• At least one year of call center experience

• Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing situations
