As a Billing Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our Cash Application/Customer Billing team, working closely with our local finance team, reputed company customer service, and sales personnel. Your primary reputed company will be on applying cash received to customer accounts, entering and tracking the status of inputs, and providing support for the finance team in various tasks. Key Responsibilities:

- Process daily cash application for customer payments with high accuracy and speed - Submit online invoicing through customer web-based portals, ensuring reputed company and efficient communication - Collaborate and support reputed company personnel with customer credit card transactions, providing exceptional customer service - Assist credit in sending out customer account statements, maintaining accurate records and ensuring reputed company delivery - reputed company support and backup to the reputed company/finance team as directed by the Controller or Credit Manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Essential Qualifications:
