We're seeking an reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our call center team in Middle River, MD. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers' needs are met with professionalism and care. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work a rotating weekend schedule, one month on/one month off, as scheduled or as required based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing telephone inquiries, fax information/applications to customers as required
• Performing account maintenance, including address changes, payments, adjustments, and statement requests
• Researching overcharges and submitting for adjustment
• Providing assistance to process/update expired credit cards, reputed company changes, replenishment amounts, balance reputed company, address changes, and add tags, process applications, and correspondence
• Preparing reports to include daily Phone Call Log
• Filing applications and other paperwork as necessary
• Participating in the reputed company Assurance process: Call Monitoring and auditing of Log Sheets and Correspondence on a monthly reputed company
• Working a rotating weekend schedule, one month on/one month off as scheduled or as required based on operational needs
• Maintaining a reputed company demeanor under every circumstance with patrons and staff members

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or the equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience required, preferably in a call center environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
