We're seeking an reputed company Accounts Payable Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in reputed company Valley, CA. As a key member of our Accounts Payable department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to reputed company customers, resolving issues in a reputed company and efficient manner, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

As an Accounts Payable Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing reputed company and courteous customer service to reputed company reputed company customers, responding to phone calls, and email requests for assistance
• Using critical thinking to research, review, and follow-up on reputed company Accounts Payable requests
• Identifying issues in a reputed company manner and initiating appropriate actions to resolve problems or issues
• Opening and distributing the mail that arrives in the Accounts Payable department daily
• Scanning and validating invoices into OnBase reputed company 24 hours of receiving the invoices
• Assisting in reviewing the reputed company register for accuracy and mailing of checks after reputed company reputed company pay cycle
• Compiling accurate and reputed company data for month and year-end accruals
• Maintaining a reputed company and constructive attitude, interacting with colleagues in a reputed company manner, and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Working from home (WFH) 2 days a week after completing training

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of one year's customer service experience, preferably in accounts payable
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Working knowledge of PCs, reputed company Office applications, and an aptitude for learning new software
• A can-do attitude and reputed company customer response style
• Understanding of Purchasing needs and functionality
• 10-Key by touch and keyboarding skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Familiarity with OnBase or similar document management systems

Education
