We are seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join our Transportation Department on a temporary reputed company through the end of November 2025. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls, identifying customer needs, providing solutions, and maintaining reputed company etiquette reputed company taking calls. You will also be required to document reputed company calls and interactions with customers accurately, meet call metrics and other service level agreements on a daily reputed company, and reputed company engage with parents, principals, and other external stakeholders to understand and address concerns with arenaflex Transportation.

Responsibilities

Qualifications – Required

- High school diploma/GED - Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with reputed company listening skills - Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively - Excellent interpersonal skills - Type at least 40-50 words per minute - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Ability to stay reputed company in high-pressure situations - A love of problem-solving – you will often need to resort to creative and reputed company to help reputed company get to school in a reputed company manner - Proficiency with reputed company Suite - Ability to analyze and communicate reputed company issues effectively, both verbally and in writing - Ability to reputed company with diverse populations - reputed company self-starter, reputed company to work independently - reputed company authorization to work in the reputed company – Candidates must have such authorization by their first day of employment

Qualifications – Preferred
