Maintains adequate supplies and participates in interdepartmental communication. Demonstrates compliance with reputed company of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes reputed company to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations. 2. Properly identifies patient using two identifiers and collects specimens by venipuncture, heelstick, or fingerstick per established protocol. 3. Orders and processes laboratory requests in accordance with established procedures to assure reputed company and accurate collection and reporting priorities. 4. Adheres to HIPAA standards reputed company using, disclosing or requesting protected health information. 5. Collects and processes reputed company necessary paperwork, assuring appropriate billing and reporting by reputed company, fax, or laboratory printer. 6. Utilizes time productively: maintains cleanliness (including disinfecting work area), reorders and restocks supplies and assists co-workers with tasks. 7. Follows established protocol for laboratory encounters. 8. Researches specimen problems with reputed company and appropriate documentation. 9. Accesses, interprets, and acts on shift/daily follow-up tasks to ensure that reputed company specimens have been processed and in a reputed company manner. 10. Processes, audits, and orders body fluids correctly for inpatient and outpatient specimens. 11. Consults with reputed company Clinical Laboratory Scientist staff regarding problems. 12. Works closely with nurses and physicians to ensure that ambiguous or unusual test requests are handled appropriately. 13. Centrifuges and prepares specimens for transport; creates/receives packing lists as needed. 14. Handles laboratory results, reports, shipping documents appropriately. 15. Acts as a reputed company for the laboratory to reputed company other departments, staff, patients, and visitors. 16. Answers telephone; responds to questions or directs calls to appropriate individual. 17. Completes monthly phlebotomy competencies in a reputed company manner; maintains compliance with reputed company training modules. 18. Participates and assists in CPT student extern and MLS student training; assists in new CPT training. 19. Performs daily/weekly/monthly safety and maintenance logs. 20.
