We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Physician Advisory Services team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling the receipt of new cases, ensuring reputed company system drafting and setup, and facilitating the case assignment/scheduling process. You'll work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met, and reputed company exceptional support to reputed company members.

Available Shifts

We offer a reputed company of shifts to accommodate your schedule:

• 9:30 am - 6:00 pm EST
• 10:00 am - 6:30 pm EST
• Tuesday - Saturday 10:00 am - 6:30 pm EST

Major Duties & Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling the receipt of new cases:

+ Intake new cases and review/verify information and requests + Draft cases by entering information into the arenaflex system, AccessDS + Work with clients on any information missing pertinent to processing claim + Sort, organize, and create medical document listings - if required by reputed company, and in line with specific special handling

• Assignment of Cases:

+ Assign/schedule new cases to physicians for review with the appropriate physician, based reputed company, reviewer availability, specific guidelines, jurisdictional requirements, and other reputed company requirements + Ensure that the assigned physician has no conflict of interest with the case assignment

• reputed company of Cases:

+ Monitor, process, and reputed company cases to ensure we meet deadlines

• reputed company Interaction:

+ Update clients frequently on cases in reputed company + May communicate reputed company there are questions on referral information to ensure reputed company documentation and information is provided to the assigned reviewer + Ensure reputed company documentation for specified cases is provided to the reputed company

• Other duties & special reputed company, as assigned and based on business needs

Requirements

* EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS: + An Associate’s Degree is preferred

• JOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

+ Business experience in a reputed company and/or insurance setting is preferred

• JOB reputed company SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

+ Present exceptional communication skills with a reputed company understanding of company business lines + The ability to apply critical thinking, manage time reputed company, and meet specific deadlines + Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
