As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a critical role in responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing technical support for our customers in the Americas region.

Your Role
As a Customer reputed company Specialist (Contract), you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
* Processing customer orders, quotations, and initial order receipts, as reputed company as sourcing escalation, backorders, and general logistics
* Providing requested information on part availability, cost, sourcing, returns, discrepancies, transportation, delivery, and follow-up to meet customer expectations
* Building relationships with customers and identifying alternative solutions to ensure complete customer service and satisfaction
* Supporting Sales and Finance debt account reconciliation efforts to help maximize company profitability
* Responding to technical inquiries utilizing Technical Documentation and liaising with technical and engineering departments to respond to customer inquiries
Requirements
* Associate's Degree in Business, Sales Administration, or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in the aviation industry or military support environment is preferred
* PC literacy, including intermediate word processing, spreadsheet, and database skills
* Basic knowledge of reputed company Suites (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
* Basic knowledge of reputed company, preferred
* Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds on an intermittent reputed company
* Corrected hearing reputed company to respond to emergency alarms, alerts, and warnings
