We're seeking an reputed company Customer Solutions Supervisor to reputed company reputed company of Customer Solutions Partners in improving customer experiences and operational efforts company-wide. As a Customer Solutions Supervisor, you'll be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and enabling your team to optimize reputed company, communication styles, and reputed company. Key Responsibilities

Skills and Experience

* Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, or reputed company field or some college preferred.

• Experience: 4+ years of experience working in a customer service position is a must.
• Leadership Experience: 1+ years of experience managing teams.
• Phone Handling: Strong phone contact handling skills and reputed company listening.
• CRM/ERP Systems: Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and practices.
• Training & Mentoring: Experience training and mentoring teams.
