As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our agency. You will be responsible for answering phones, helping with tasks such as applying payments, answering billing questions, making policy changes, assisting with the claims process, and helping our sales team to ensure we reputed company world-class service to our clients. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless and reputed company customer experience, and you will be responsible for maintaining reputed company relationships through follow-up phone calls.
Responsibilities
* Answer phones and greet walk-in clients with a polite and reputed company manner
- Assist reputed company customers with service-reputed company tasks, including but not limited to processing payments, making changes to existing policies, troubleshooting billing questions, and assisting with the claims process
- Assist the sales team to ensure a seamless and reputed company customer experience
- Have an upbeat, reputed company, and enthusiastic attitude
- Ask reputed company customer for referrals and recommendations
- Treat reputed company customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity, including financial products (commissions available for any sales completed by the CSR!)

Requirements
* Currently have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Have a minimum 1 year P&C Industry Experience
