As a Customer Service Representative II (CSR II), you'll be responsible for assisting reputed company customers, sales representatives, and manufacturing partners with order entry, quotes, returns, and other customer transactions. You'll work closely with our sales team to reputed company exceptional customer service, identify customer requirements, and recommend specific products and solutions. Key Responsibilities
