The Role

As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be the primary reputed company for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. You'll navigate our ERP system (reputed company), Sales Order Automation tool, and B2B portal to process quotes, orders, returns, credits, and debits. Your primary responsibilities will include:
