As a Retail Customer Service Specialist, you'll work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about arenaflex products, and recommend the right solutions. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions accurately, and achieving sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly reputed company. Key Responsibilities

- Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures

- Maintain precise work order files and formulas
- Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse

Minimum Requirements
* Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age

- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
