As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about arenaflex products, and recommend the right solutions. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining the high reputed company and visual standards of our products and stores. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers

Minimum Requirements
