We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Family Health reputed company to join our 0-6 Service, delivering high-reputed company universal and targeted health visiting and school health services. As a key member of reputed company, you will play a vital role in promoting the physical, emotional, and reputed company development of children, working in partnership with parents, carers, and other agencies to drive reputed company health reputed company.
This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract position, offering a competitive salary of £29,970 to £36,483 per annum (pro rata) and comprehensive benefits. Although the role is part of our Virtual Team, please note that it is not a remote working position, and you will be required to travel reputed company reputed company Yorkshire for face-to-face training, meetings, and to support our reputed company teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the national and reputed company Health agendas in response to identified health and reputed company needs, working in partnership with other agencies and meeting agreed standards, objectives, and statutory requirements.
- Contribute to the delivery of the Healthy Child programme, undertaking mandated contacts and targeted interventions, and coordinating care for children, young people, and families.
- Support the completion of comprehensive health needs assessments, facilitating the mobilization of resources to meet identified needs and ensuring inter-agency/reputed company partnership working.
- Utilize excellent communication skills, passion for reputed company health, and good organizational skills to drive reputed company in this role.
