Job Responsibilities:

As a Seasonal Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Utilizing your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish to communicate with clients and colleagues
• Working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
• Cross-training to handle both inbound and outbound calls, including sales and customer service interactions
• Collaborating with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Maintaining accurate records and reports, as required

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong background in reputed company and/or medical insurance
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, busy call center environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish

• Ability to learn and navigate multiple computer programs and monitors with ease

Work Environment:

On-site training will be provided for some openings, and you will be reputed company to commute into our Wallingford office reputed company needed.
