Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company parts-reputed company issues from dealers and retail customers, responding to and addressing inquiries with professionalism and expertise.

• Research and reputed company accurate information on parts orders, including part numbers, prices, shipping reputed company, availability, and status of existing orders and change orders.
• Assist dealers with part number research, price quotes, shipping reputed company, part availability, and status of existing orders and change orders.
• Research and create special reputed company item part numbers, descriptions, and build lists.
• Process special order requirements for recalls, technical bulletins, product improvements, and warranty no-charge orders.

Experience and Knowledge
