Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our members and providers through inbound calls, live chats, and emails
• Advocating for our members and providers, addressing inquiries, issues, or concerns in a reputed company and accurate manner
• Leveraging multiple communication channels to deliver personalized support and reputed company reputed company reputed company (FCR)
• Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics, including Average Talk Time, Average Hold Time, Average After Call Work, Scheduled Adherence, and reputed company Assurance Exceptions
• Maintaining performance and reputed company standards based on established contact center metrics
• Documenting reputed company member or provider information and communications for reputed company and performance tracking through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or GED
