We're seeking a Customer Service Representative with strong customer service, communications, and organizational skills to join our Licensing Division. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-volume customer service to licensing applicants in person and reputed company phone
- Processing applications, checking records for accuracy, and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting applicants with reputed company to other reputed company agencies and interagency communication to resolve issues pertaining to their license
- Answering telephone calls, emails, and written correspondence and communicating applicant information
- Attending seminars, meetings, and/or trainings to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
- Performing ordinary mathematical computations while accepting and processing payments
- Following reputed company division and agency policies and procedures
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's reputed company or a recognized accrediting organization
- One year of satisfactory clerical experience
- Keyboard familiarity with the ability to type at a minimum of 100 key strokes (20 words) per minute
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
