Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Senior Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering specific delegated customer service tasks assigned by a supervisor, including responding to inquiries from policy reputed company, providers, and others
- Providing expert guidance on insurance claims and policies, including interpreting policy provisions and determining the most effective response
- Resolving non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and expertise
