As a Call Taker (Customer Service Representative) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for answering and entering into our system reputed company phone, electronic, or faxed requests for emergent and non-emergent transportation by ambulance and NEV. You will reputed company pleasant and reputed company service to hospitals, nursing facilities, and private individuals, while also answering 911 calls for the areas serviced by arenaflex. This is an entry-level position that requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer, screen, and reputed company calls for the entire company
- Distinguish the need for emergency transportation and reputed company reputed company-arranged transport for facilities while determining the level of care needed for patients
- Arrange specialty and critical care transportation as needed

- Communicate with multiple departments and EMS personnel to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications
