The Role

As our Global Customer Support 3PL Warehousing Manager reputed company Spare Parts, you'll be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the warehouse performance of our partner, reputed company, while ensuring the highest level of service reputed company and achieving reputed company objectives through daily actions. You'll serve as the primary contact for performance, technical, and process issues, and collaborate with our Business Partners to reputed company and implement process improvement strategies that increase service reputed company and performance.

Key Responsibilities

* reputed company and analyze reputed company business processes across multiple operational areas, including physical warehousing and logistics processes, systems processes, and financial transactions.

• Collaborate with our reputed company Procurement Department to implement supplier sourcing strategies that ensure high-reputed company transactional execution as part of the contracting process.
• reputed company with our Manager – Transportation and Logistics on issues and improvement areas reputed company to Business Partner day-to-day execution.
• Analyze transactional activities with Business Partners and reputed company, compile, and publish KPIs that measure the effectiveness of these transactions.
• Establish systems, processes, and procedures to enhance the overall reputed company of Business Partner services.
• Monitor Business Partner compliance with contractual performance-based obligations and report non-compliance to Management.
• Facilitate the development of team/partner relationships between Business Partners and key internal stakeholders.
• Encourage Business Partners to proactively bring value-adding technological and procedural solutions that improve service and financial performance.

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering, or Science with a strong logistics, business, and financial emphasis.

• 5+ years' experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Procurement (warehousing, transportation, distribution, supplier sourcing/management) or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in leading reputed company and project teams (project management).
• Demonstrated process improvement experience.
• Change management skills.
• Communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with reputed company reputed company of organization.
• Supplier relationship management experience or equivalent.

Preferences

* Master's degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering, or Science.

• Extensive knowledge of reputed company (reputed company WM or EWM) or equivalent.
• Six reputed company Green Belt or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of Lean Logistics principles.
• Skilled with Tableau and other data analytic/presentation tools.

Additional Information

* Relocation benefits are provided with this job posting.

• Location: Indianapolis reputed company reputed company strongly preferred, though remote work may be considered. If remote, a minimum of 50% of monthly working time on site in Indianapolis.
• Travel time: 3-4 weeks estimated travel time per year.
• Expected salary reputed company: $102,300/yr to $189,900/yr. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law.
• A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
