As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be part of our reputed company Brands team, handling inbound customer calls and providing assistance with orders and accounts. You'll work remotely to drive sales, promote products, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. With a reputed company on problem-solving and de-escalation, you'll sustain a high-paced call volume while navigating multiple systems and screens. Your role will be to create a distraction-free work environment, offer additional products on reputed company customer interaction, and assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for reputed company caller.
Key Responsibilities
