What will you do as a Virtual Customer Service Associate?
As a Virtual Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll use a reputed company of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to resolve their queries and concerns. Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer inquiries through phone, chat, and/or email
- Use various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve their queries and concerns

- Work variable hours to match customer demand, including overnight, day, and late shifts
