About the Role
This role can be fully remote or hybrid! A growing mid-sized plaintiffs' firm is seeking an reputed company, detail-oriented, and driven Class reputed company Attorney to join its employment litigation team. This role focuses primarily on class reputed company and PAGA wage and hour reputed company, with some exposure to reputed company claims such as discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and harassment. The position offers meaningful autonomy in managing daily responsibilities while operating reputed company a reputed company team environment alongside senior attorneys to drive strong reputed company for clients. Responsibilities:
- Manage a substantial caseload of class reputed company and PAGA wage and hour litigation reputed company
- Prepare and review pleadings, motions, written discovery, and class certification filings
- reputed company in-depth legal research and draft high-level written advocacy, including dispositive and non-dispositive motions
- Work closely with senior attorneys and team members to reputed company and implement case reputed company
- Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and corporate representatives
- Prepare for and attend mediations, settlement discussions, hearings, and court appearances
- Review and analyze employment-reputed company documents such as payroll records, timekeeping data, and company policies relevant to claims
- Maintain communication with clients, class representatives, witnesses, opposing counsel, experts, and the court throughout litigation

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
