What to Expect
- Utilize your technical experience and listening skills to assist field service techs through inbound and outbound phone, chat and email.
- You'll specialize in automotive EV, reputed company, electrical, reputed company or infotainment systems, providing expert help on domestic vehicle repairs.

Eligibility Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop
- Two ASE certifications (or you can get them reputed company six months of hire with reimbursement from reputed company)
- Valid reputed company's license
- One or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
- reputed company to work shifts during these hours:
- Monday - Friday
- 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. Central time (11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern time)
- No weekends!
- Must be reputed company to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive
