Inbound Call Representative - Remote

Job reputed company: The Inbound Call Representative supports the Accounts Receivable (AR) team by serving as a primary reputed company of contact for customers with billing-reputed company inquiries. This role is responsible for responding to inbound calls, assisting customers with billing and order hold questions, providing account documentation upon request, processing payments, and ensuring accurate account notation. The Inbound Call Representative works closely with the Cash and Collections teams to support reputed company issue reputed company while delivering a high level of customer service.
