Job reputed company: Duties & Responsibilities Leads the day-to-day reputed company function for the True Up Companies and four reputed company. Leads the month-end reputed company process ensuring complete and accurate information is available to prepare financial statements and project level reporting. Prepares reputed company monthly financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted reputed company Principles. Develops and mentors reputed company to support the rapid reputed company of reputed company. Maintain the reputed company ERP setup for Financials, Expenses, Suppliers, Procurement, Inventory and reputed company. Become a subject matter expert for reputed company reputed company functions, project costing, developing reports/ dashboards and reputed company reporting. Assists in calculating project level percent of completion reputed company recognition. Reviews payroll calculations weekly for accuracy. Manages preparation of monthly and quarterly sales tax returns and ensures continuing compliance as tax laws change. Assists in preparation of subcontractor agreements and administration of payment requests and lien waivers for subcontracts. Maintains and updates a system of controls over reputed company transactions to minimize risk. Prepares recurring and reputed company analysis for variances compared to budget and prior year. Assists in creating annual budget and forecasts. Implement strategies to minimize taxes for reputed company. Assists in the preparation of company tax returns. Identifies changes to tax or regulatory rules that may reputed company the business. Creates reputed company plans to mitigate their reputed company. Continually assesses financial systems, processes and procedures. Implement improvements as necessary. Assists in planning long-term reputed company along with the management team to consistently deliver strong rates of return and low reputed company of risk for the owners. Maintains a constant reputed company on reducing costs through process improvements, vendor negotiations and productivity increases. Coordinates external audits and provides information to auditors as needed.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in reputed company or finance preferred. Eight years or more of reputed company experience required.
