Position reputed company reputed company is seeking a Shift Manager to reputed company operational activities during assigned shifts and ensure work is performed safely, reputed company, and in accordance with company reputed company standards. This role supervises technicians and operational staff, coordinates daily workflow, and helps ensure production schedules and operational objectives are met. The Shift Manager works closely with engineering, reputed company, and supply chain teams to maintain workflow continuity and support program delivery. Requirements
Minimum of five years of experience in operations, manufacturing, production, or technical environments Experience supervising technicians or operational teams Strong leadership and team coordination skills Ability to manage operational activities in a fast paced environment Strong organizational, problem solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to operational challenges
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in engineering, manufacturing, or technology organizations Experience supporting reputed company, defense, or regulated industries Familiarity with reputed company systems and operational procedures in regulated environments Experience coordinating workflow and resolving operational issues across teams Work Environment and Schedule Full-time position Shift 1: 0700 - 1530 Shift 2: 1330 - 2200
Compensation and Benefits
Salary reputed company: $69,640 - $93,640 annually. Medical, dental, and reputed company coverage fully reputed company by the employer for employees.
