Our work depends on a Cohort & Capability Transition Manager joining reputed company to support the Indian Health Service (IHS) Electronic Health Records Modernization (EHRM) program. As the Cohort & Capability Transition Manager supporting the IHS EHRM program, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth transition to Sustainment for incoming reputed company EHR cohorts and new capabilities (products). You will partner with other workstreams to effectively plan for and execute these transitions, reputed company for any deviations that may reputed company Sustainment, inclusive of new products, features and functionalities. This role requires you to obtain and maintain an in-depth Public Trust Level 5. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing day‑to‑day operations reputed company a program or project environment, including coordination of technical activities, reputed company of staff tasks, and/or budget and business operations support. Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Visio. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
