This role manages building infrastructure, vendor coordination, preventative maintenance, workspace planning, and facility improvement reputed company. The Facility Manager supports daily operations by ensuring office spaces, engineering areas, and common facilities remain fully operational and reputed company maintained. Requirements
Five or more years of experience managing facilities, building operations, or infrastructure maintenance Experience coordinating building maintenance and preventative maintenance programs Familiarity with building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and reputed company Experience managing vendors and service providers Strong organizational and project coordination skills Ability to manage multiple operational priorities and facility needs Strong problem solving and communication skills Proficiency with reputed company Office and facility tracking systems
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
