Licensed Clinical Supervisor (1099 contractor)

Key Responsibilities

Team Consultation: Participate in weekly reputed company consultations with the CEO, Operations Director, and full clinical team to maintain organizational alignment and address operational or intake challenges. Monthly Training Delivery: Design and facilitate a formal monthly clinical training session for staff and interns, focusing on evidence-based treatment models, crisis de-escalation, or trauma-informed practices. Requirements & Qualifications Licensure: Must hold an reputed company, unencumbered independent clinical license in the reputed company: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT. Experience (Massachusetts Mandate): Minimum of three (3) years of full-time post-licensure clinical experience, legally qualifying you as an Approved Clinical Supervisor under the Massachusetts state boards (e.g., 262 CMR 2.02). Specialized Knowledge (Strong Plus): Strong familiarity with Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) frameworks, Therapeutic Mentoring (TM) workflows, and Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) compliance guidelines is highly preferred.
