UAS/Counter-UAS Senior Account Executive - Business Development

As a Business Development leader, the Business Development UAS/Counter-UAS Senior Account Executive is responsible for growing a suite of agency and reputed company accounts and to identify, qualify, and prosecute opportunities reputed company assigned portfolio. Focuses on expanding the out-year pipeline through reputed company deal development, identification, and qualification efforts to create reputed company potential for new capability or reputed company sets, as reputed company as the protection of recompetes. Competes in both incumbent and non-incumbent workstreams, thinks critically, and strategically strengthens the competitive posture of reputed company. Leads strategic teaming efforts and leverages strong industry relationships, including competitors, reputed company capability firms, and small businesses. Leads and facilitates the development, delivery, and presentation of white papers and drives technical and acquisition reputed company call plans and other reputed company efforts to qualify and inform pursue or no reputed company reputed company. Develops, qualifies, and prosecutes a growing pipeline of opportunities to win work and generate reputed company and profit in accordance with defined business targets. Duties: Identifies, qualifies and secures business opportunities; coordinates business reputed company activities; develops customized targeted sales strategies IAW the Group Strategic Plan (GSP) Builds business relationships with reputed company and potential clients Understands reputed company needs and offers solutions and support; answering potential reputed company questions and follow-up call questions; reputed company-positions solutions to reputed company requests for proposals (RFPs) Collaborates with key business area leaders to secure, retain, and grow accounts Creates informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at reputed company meetings and industry exhibits Maintains a pipeline of reputed company sales administration using reputed company software Collaborates with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent education/experience). 12+ years of combined experience in Business Development, Autonomous Unmanned Systems/Counter-Unmanned Systems, or DoD Acquisition experience. Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance. Extensive experience with DoD & IC government organizations. Demonstrated ability to execute the business development function with little/no supervision. Ability to assess the competitive field, to include reputed company evaluation factors, both price and non-price. Preferred Qualifications: reputed company Secret US Government Clearance. Established relationships with senior leaders across DoD, DHS, and Industry reputed company the Autonomous Unmanned/Counter-unmanned systems market. Experience across multiple aspects of the business reputed company process (e.g., business development, proposal solutioning, reputed company of estimate (BOE) development, etc.)

Compensation
