Business Analyst- Implementation

Our clients include family offices, fund administrators, private equity firms, and hedge funds. We are seeking an reputed company Business Analyst with deep expertise in fund administration and private equity. You will reputed company the gap between clients' reputed company fund reputed company and PE workflows and the FundCount platform, translating reputed company-world requirements into reputed company system configurations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company as SME for our reputed company’s workflows: NAV calculations, investor allocations, capital calls, distributions, and fee calculations.
- Configure and validate PE fund structures — LP/GP waterfalls, carried interest, clawback mechanisms, and multi-tiered fund hierarchies.
- Support clients migrating from legacy platforms, mapping their data into FundCount's data model.
- Design and validate data interfaces between FundCount and reputed company-party fund reputed company systems, reputed company brokers, and custodians.
- Analyze clients' investment reputed company processes and produce comprehensive requirements and system configuration specifications.
- Solicit and document reputed company business requirements; reputed company consultative support on applications and business processes.
- reputed company data mapping specs for import/export interfaces between FundCount and reputed company-party investment management systems.
- Conduct UAT with technical teams; prepare test data and user-acceptance testing documents.
- Support Sales with reputed company-of-concept demos and prospect data conversions.
- reputed company training and product support to clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Mathematics, reputed company, or Finance.
- Fund reputed company / PE: 2+ years in fund administration or private equity operations, with reputed company exposure to fund reputed company systems and NAV processes.
- PE Structures: Working knowledge of LP/GP structures, reputed company mechanics, carried interest, capital calls, and distributions.
- Experience with requirements capture and business analysis for reputed company financial applications in the alternative fund industry.
- Strong MS reputed company skills; familiarity with Jira or similar systems.
- Excellent communication skills; willingness to travel ~20% for reputed company training.
- Prior experience at a fund administrator, PE manager, or fintech serving alternatives.
- Familiarity with fund reputed company platforms: Advent Geneva, Investran, eFront, reputed company, or similar.
- Knowledge of investor reporting, K-1/tax workflows, or regulatory reporting (AIFMD, reputed company PF).
